David joined the executive team of Todobebe, Inc in 2008, bringing to the company 15 years of experience as an IT strategist and entrepreneur across business and technology strategy development and operations.
Before coming to Todobebe, Inc., David was a key member of EDS’s elite ECTO (Enterprise Chief Technology Officer) team, which focused on strategic technology advisement to EDS’s top global clients. He additionally served EDS as an Enterprise Architect and Chief Technologist for many client and company initiatives, with a particular emphasis on online and mobile technologies and platforms.
One of those EDS appointments as CTO was for American Airlines, where David was responsible for architecting a “zero-touch” solution to standardize the airlines’ 35,000 desktops, consolidating their multitude of local solutions into a cohesive, standardized single solution. That architecture eventually evolved into the EDS standard desktop solution.
Also at EDS, David established the Office of the CTO, and was credited with the complete turnaround of the EDS Innovation Program, taking it from failure to success in a single year’s time. Prior to EDS, David’s work at A.T. Kearney included overall strategic IT responsibility for their Asia Pacific region, encompassing the executive leadership, architecture, development and support services to corporate users located in 14 offices across 11 countries.
David’s career history includes work across American Airlines, AT Kearney, BP, Dell, Dow, Gap, HP, Pfizer, United Airlines, and covers a range of technology and business domains from architecture and outsourcing, to mobile apps and delivery platforms, from cloud initiatives to online and mobile ad networks, and managing direct and indirect reports in more than 20 countries, with extended stints in Hong Kong, London & Sao Paulo, and regular engagements across the Americas, EMEA, & Asia Pacific.
